Your talking about the starter sparking?

Starter is used to turn the engine not spark and ignite the fuel?

Is the engien cranking as in attempting to start just not completely turning over and running?

So it goes err err err then stops? Any clicking?

Sounds like weak battery connections at the battery or the starter or relay.

Could be a bad relay but I doubt it.

Maybe a discharged battery?

Check those out.
