1997 Ford F-150 Milage

I have the stock tires and wheels on my 97 f-150 but when I drive my speedometer registers about 8 miles slower than I am actually going. When I check mile markers my odometer does not match up. Instead of my 85000 miles I am showing I probably have about 100000 miles. How can I get my guages to read true?
