The truck runs alright when it is in motion however when it stops the idle becomes extremely rough and it eventually dies. It has no problem restarting after it stalls. This problem is avoided by pressing on the accelerator while pressing on the brake when stopped. So far the idle error control valve was changed and the problem was not improved. Any insight to what the problem is would be great!

Check your fuel pump relay and the fuel filter, those are probalby causing your problem.
