F-150 idle problems

I have a 1992 F-150 118,000 miles 4wd with a stick. When Im at a stop light or have the clutch pressed in the truck barely stays running. The voltage will drop and the truck bogs down then it goes back to normal. I the does this repeatedly when ever it idles. The truck does have an exhaust leak up front some where if the that helps at all.

Does the check engine light come on? If it does, have it scanned for trouble codes. Also, fix the exhaust leak. That could be affecting the oxygen sensors reading the exhaust, and the computer getting wrong information.
