i just put a new roater and break pads on my tire, I tightened the tire and it wobbles still.

What is wobbling?

When did it start?

Are you speaking of the Wheel is not fitting back on correctly. And is not spinning true, while STILL on jackstands?

Why did you make the repairs mentioned?
