1996 Ford F-150 truck not getting fuel, wont start

Possible fuel pump problem? Where is fuel pump located? Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light.

Thank you very much for your knowledge Rasmataz, We will check these things tonight after work. Where do you test this noid light thing? The relay switch? And is it under the air filter? Not sure where these parts are located. We have to do it ourselves, can't afford a mechancic right now. Thank You so much for your help! Jeannie
