1995 Ford F-150 exhaust systems

I would like to know if I can install true duals on my 95 ford f 150 with out have to use the o2 sensors or the catalyce converters

No you cant, sorry, the cat and the o2 sensors are for the emissions if you remove them your truck WILL NOT pass smog and the check engine light will come on.
