1994 Ford F-150 smells and window fog

While driving I smell coolant and the right side of the windshield an the right window fog up. Im guessing it has something to do with the heat because it generaly happens in the winter time

Your vehicle's heater core is bad and needs replaced. It is part of the heater system and also has coolant flow through it so it can also cause engine overheating issues. It is located behind the passenger side dash.
