What causes a truck to flood the engine after it is shutoff it is flooded on restart

Could be leaky injectors putting fuel into the cylinders with vehicle off, or it could be that the injectors are still being pulsed by the computer after its turned off filling up the cylinders.

Right after shutting off vehicle immedietely disconnect the fuel injector main harness, then when ready to start, hook back up and start.

Thanks I thought it might be leaky injectors I will try unplugging to make sure it is not the computer.
