I cant get the fuel pump to come on for any one of the 2 tanks. The book tells me to replace the fuel pump relay I did. It also says to check the fuel pump fuse where is that and could it be the ECC relay. When I turn the key to run I can fell the ECC relay click? Why are the pumps not pumping?

The fuel pump relay get its power from the 20ga. Blue fuse link on the starter relay, also test the inertia switch and the fuel pump ground circuit.

Where is the starter relay? The inertia switch is not triped it did trip it and reset it once. How do you check the fuel pump ground circuit?

Starter relay -Follow the positive battery cable it'll lead you right into it, for the ground dunno the wire color could be black-you need an ohmmeter to check the wire to chassis ground, no continuity means its open
