1986 Ford F-150 Engine is flat when you start out

I have an 86' F150 with a 302 FI I have a hesitation and it backfires when I rev the engine it almost acts like a vacume hose isn't connected but I have traced every hose changed the egr valve/ sensor throttle position sensor Idle air control Valve/ MAP/ egr solonoids/ air temp sensors new wires and plugs, new rotor and distrabutor cap and tons of other things and I am totaly stumpped so please help me

I would check exhaust back pressure, and ignition timing and along with a fuel pressure check and new fuel filter.

You should run a few half tanks with 1 bottle of seafoam per tank.
