A week ago, I put fuel engine cleaner in the gas tank. We drove about 60 miles, and it started dieing. We had the fuel filter changed, and it ran great for about a week. We then were heading out of town, and it started having the same symptoms. We got it back home and changed the fuel filter again, but this time it didn't help. What else could it be? Fuel pump, injectors, what?

Check fuel system pressure while engine is idling should be about 35 psi. Also while cranking engine if it doesn't start. If ok then problem is elsewhere if not I would check voltage to fuel pump with key on within 2-3 seconds.
