Squeaking Noises Under my Ford Explorer

I have a squeaking noise that is located in the front of the vehicle, Once I spray it with some DW40 the noise is gone for about a day or two but then it is back. It also makes a noise that sound like an old squeaky door opening when I press on the brakes or release the brakes. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
