When turning to the left while driving slow there is a squeaking noise, there is no noise when turning right however. What can it be.

Is this noise consistent with turning the steering or with the movement of the car forward while turning?

Check for loose or worn wheel bearings, worn brake pads, carefully check for any signs of loose or worn steering components, check both sides unless you can hear the noise clearly form one side.

May be a worn suspension bush, as the weight of the car shifts as you turn the wheel these bushes do move, I would be getting them checked out, if it is in the shocker it will be a top or bottom bush
