POWER?

What would cause all the power to drain? One minue it was fine a hour later there's no power. NONE! Some thing drained my battery. It took 4 or 5 trys to finally get it started. But when I turned the car off it wouldn't start. All the lights on my dash were really dim also? Is it my alternator or my battery? Or Both? I have a 1996 Ford Explorer

Have the battery and alternator tested, you may have a bad cell in the battery causing it not to hold sufficent charge

or a bad alternator and it is not properly charging the battery,

most places test them for free.
