I have 2004 Ford Explorer that will not start.I have tried checking the starter the batt, the fuel shut off switch the relays and fuses. The starter does work cause I manually did a start using a screwdriver.I checked the amps on it but seemed like it was not receiving any juice. Any suggestions and ideas.

First things first check all the connections for corrosion, looseness and cuts in wire. If this checks out take the start off the car and run it to autozone or any where that checks starters for free. This will tell at least give you a start.
