My 1995 explorer will start to die at stops, it is mostly when the hester blower is on high. The amp meter in the car will go down and the lights dim. When the blower is on med or low it does not happen that much.I hve replaced the voltage reg. And the alternator and it still does it.

Sounds like the altinator not putting out enough to run all electronic in car. There are a couple of diferent altinator that put out diferent amps. Have
altinator checked stores like auto zone caml check out the output of altinator. If that comes out all right you might have a short in one of the accessories that is grawing a lot of current. Also check the blower motor brushes might be bad.
