Engine not starting

Explorer will turn over but never crank if you get vehicle to crank in morning it will crank fine all day, let it sit overnight might crank might not, have replaced fuel filter, fuel pump, coil pack, plugs, fuel regulator, injectors and fuel rail checked anti-theft and light does not flash when turn switch, also have checked fuel pump shutoff switch and it is fine any idea what it cold be

When you say turn over that means the car starts, crank means it will try to start, the rrr rrr rrr rrr.

So what is it doing?

Vehicle will turn over fine, crankshaft turns but it will not fire up and start. If it starts one time in the morning it will start all day and you have to wait untill morning to see if it will have the same symptom, sometimes it may start for 3 to 4 days before the problem rears it head again
