When you say turn over that means the car starts, crank means it will try to start, the rrr rrr rrr rrr.

Vehicle will turn over fine, crankshaft turns but it will not fire up and start. If it starts one time in the morning it will start all day and you have to wait untill morning to see if it will have the same symptom, sometimes it may start for 3 to 4 days before the problem rears it head again
