WHAT POSITION IS THE O2 SENSOR BANK 1 AND BANK 2, TROUBLE CODE P0174 AND P01743 ON A 1999 FORD EXPLORER 4LTR 2 WHEEL DRIVE? WILL I HAVE TO REPLACE THE MASS AIR SENSOR ALSO?

Bank 1 is always the head with the number one spark plug and the number one sensor is always in front of the catalytic converter(s), closest to the motor.
