Have changed both bank one o2 sensors and the engine light is still on. What else can it be or what else do we need to check or test?

Did you check for codes? What was the actual code? The code doesn't tell you what to replace just that the system thinks there is a problem on that circuit, somewhere.

Is the 02 heater circuit a different part than the o2 sensor? We have changed o2 sensors on bank 1 and 2. Sensor one. It only has one sensor 2 on bank 2.

The heater circuit is part of the sensor. I'm talking about the electrical circuit. What's the litre size of engine?

At the 02 sensor connector, lite blue wire with orange tracer is voltage, with the key on, any voltage? If not, that circuit is fuse protected.

Last night we changed a 15 amp fuse in the engine compartment and then cleared the code. So far the engine light has not come back on.
