Does oxygen sensor need to be replaced

Checked the live data on the car and it shows that the short and long trims are at -100 and doesn't change even when vehicle is driving. I also just got the codes p0302, p0171, p1131 as well. I however did pass the smog test not that long ago to.

Check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it and check for a vacuum leak as well. See pic for other things that can cause this. Make sure to check all grommets, and air leaks like from air cleaner to throttle body as well and vacuum hoses.
