1996 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I put in a fuel pump 3 weeks ago and now even with the fuel pump unhooked I keep blowing the PCM fuse. I need to know what to do

To diagnose this, you will need a wiring diagram and a multi-meter, preferably with an amp probe. Look on the diagram to see what components are protected by this fuse and check them for draw individually. There is also a tool out there called the Fuse Buddy that can be plugged into the fuse receptacle to tell you exactly how much amperage is being drawn.
