I have purchased this car 1 month ago, I am so concern about the fuel consumption, I think it is close to 16 litr per 100km, is it possible to reduce this amount? For example using extra air flow systems or every thing else.

Proper tire inflation is important for good mileage. Check that first. A fresh air intake or a "cat-back" exhaust system may improve the mileage a small amount. When that vehicle was brand new, the ratings were 14 MPG city and only 20 highway for acombined of 16, which isnt very good honestly
