1996 Ford Explorer 1996 Explorer bogging down

We start it, run it at idle with no problem. But after about 10-15 minutes of driving, it looses acceleration power. We step on the gas and it sounds like it's choking itself out and takes forever to get up to any decent speed. We replaced the fuel filter, air filter, checked the fuel pump shut off, added gas, added seafoam (ran great for 15 minutes) then the same thing. It will run good with the accelerator halfway down, but full down, it pops and acts like it's going to stall. Could it be a clogged fuel injector or the relay switch or what? Total confusion as it runs great just as long as we don't step on the gas after it warms up.

Check and test the following below:

Oygen Sensor
Catalytic Converter
Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
Cap and Rotor

It's the EGR valve, according to the diagnostics. Thanks everyone. Hope this solves the problem.
