1995 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

which relay or fuse goes to the fuel pump?Car was running shut it off and now I dont hear fuel pump and it wont start. It was idling really rough like it wasnt getting any fuel. If I do have to change fuel pump is t in the tank or onthe frame rail?

FUEL PUMP
Removal
Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE under FUEL SYSTEM. Remove fuel tank. Using fuel tank lock ring wrench, carefully rotate lock ring counterclockwise to release pump. See FUEL TANK LOCK RING WRENCH IDENTIFICATION table. Remove fuel pump from tank.
