Brakes problem
1994 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 125000 miles

How do I go about removing the front rotors? I have done planty of brake jobs but on this model I cannot remove the rotor without a special tool because of the push button 4 wheel drive. I sought help from my local parts supplier and was told not to take this job on. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Removal (4WD W/Manual Locking Hubs)
1.Raise vehicle, and support with safety stands. Remove wheel assembly and caliper. Remove retainer washers from lug nut studs. Remove manual locking hub body from spindle.
2.Remove snap ring from end of spindle shaft. Remove axle spacer. Using Lock Nut Wrench (T86T-1197-B), remove outer wheel bearing lock-nut. Remove lock washer. Using Lock Nut Wrench (T86T-1197-B), remove inner wheel bearing lock nut, outer wheel bearing and rotor.
