1991 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

My 91 explorer was acting like it was out of gas and died I put gas in but it wont start. Could it be the fuel pump or what>would a fuel pump for a 91 f150 be compatible?

The fuel pump is not compatible as for could be the fuel pump you need to check the fuel pressure to ruel it out, before you start on the fuel pump best check if you're getting ignition spark
