2001 Ford Expedition wont start

2001 Ford Expedition V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

my truck left me sit at a red light. We replaced the fuel filter still wouldnt start, replaced the fuel pump still wont start, replaced all 8 spark plugs and still wont start. All fuses were checked they are good. We also reset the relay switch.

We have to be getting spark because when I spray starting fluid it starts then shuts off right away

Hi:
It must have something to do with the fuel pressure regulator or the pump relay. When you replaced the pump, did you check for power?
