I was changing the fuses under the hood of the truck, 30s, 40s, 50s, to get the the service engine light to go off and to see if that will get the cd/radio light and the compass light to come back on, but the radio/cd player was working just with out the light on. Since I changed the fuses yesterday the truck will not go in neutral, or drive it will only stay in park, electric windows will not roll down or the cd/radio will not come on and the keyless entry will not work. The horn will blow and the lights will come on and the truck will start with no problem.I did donate can you answer the question. Thanks

Sounds like smething was disturbed on the shift interlock circuit. Have you rechecked the fuses?
Did you check the fuse on the shift interlock?

Do you need wiring diagrams?

Describe the Service engine light, it isn't the check engine light correct?

Good, one problem down, 2 to go.

When I get home I'll look at the diagrams and get back on the radio.

You need to pull the number codes form the computer to start diagnosing the check engine light. No realistic short cuts on that.
