97 Ford Escort 245,000. The passenger side day time running light doesn't work. I replaced both bulbs with no luck. Low and high beams still work just the day time running light won't

Ok, I would say your next step is to probably replace the Right Daytime Running Lamp Relay. Here are my thoughts.
The same power source supply both left and right relays, so since your left light works, you should have power to your right relay. Since your right high beam works, then your light and connector are working. That leaves the wiring from connector S260 on your headlight wire, to your connector S123 on the power wire going to both relays. If you dont have a broken wire, then that leaves the relay as the only possible problem. If the relay is good, then it has to be a broekn wire.
Location of right relay. The Right Daytime Running Lamps Relay is located behind RH side of the instrument panel, top of cowl panel.
To replace it.
-Disconnect the battery ground cable.
-Remove the two retainers and the RH cowl side trim panel.
-Detach the power door lock relay, if equipped.
-Disconnect the Day Time Running Lamp (DRL) control electrical connector.
-Detach the DRL control from the DRL bracket.
INSTALLATION
-To install, reverse the removal procedure.
