I got a trouble code P1131 which is a heated O2 Sensor 11 Indicates Lean. So what should I do about this? Do I need to replace the O2 Sensor? What does it mean that it indicates lean?

It means that it is reading that the fuel/air mixure is lower on fuel and higher on air. I think it means either the sensor is bad or somthing is causing a lean mixture.

I've got a 98 Escort and I once got the same code! I don't know much about cars (and it is certainly too late for you to read this!) But the problem was the ignition coil. Hopefully that helps something!

Look your engine over real close for a vaccum leak. Start from you PCV valve and work you way back the the intake.(NOS) 8)
