Can't find inhibit relay

the title pretty much says it. We have looked everywhere for it. Even used the mitchel1 website and it is not with the other relays as it says. Acording to the wiring diagrams we belive that the relay is shorted and is givinng us our problems I just can't findit. And I have seen nowhere where something says I may not have one. According to everything I look at it should be in there somewhere.

Looks like you are trying to find the small relay panel under the dash, there are several other things with the inhibit relay(4 relays and 1 flasher) Since the flasher is with it, use turn signals to find the flasher and you should be in the ballpark.

That is the same diagram from mitchel1 that I used. I already found the 4 relays and the flasher but not the inhibit relay. The car has the factory keyless entry and alarm system and according to the wiring diagrams in the book I have and the ones on mitchel1 I should have it. For reference I'll use the advance auto parts part #. The four relays down there are BWD part# R3189. The inhibit relay is BWD part# R647. I bought the r647 and it has the correct circuit diagram as apposed to the one on R3189. I am starting to belive I do not have one even though everything says I should
