1995 Ford Escort Engine will not fire

Bought used, ran for 2 weeks then just died, Have replaced ignition Control Module, have tested battery, will turn over but not fire. What next?

Check inertia fuel cut off switch. Fuel pump fuse. Fuel pump. Fuel pump relay. Fuel pressure. Check if it is getting spark. Also check the timing belt is still intact?
