Is there a fuse either in the cabin or under the hood that applies to the blower

I just had mine replaced, very comon problem in these cars. You may need to replace the blower motor, ($50-60.) The spinning thing inside gets frozen stiff and wont rotate after so many years, (mine '97), also the sensor ($15. Ish) is right next to blower motor and it all should be right under the passengerside dashboard, under glovebox. A few nuts and bolts but just remember how it came out, step by step to make it easier to put the new one in. 15-20 minuts tops. Good luck, also got to auto zone and talk to them, they are a great bunch of people when you need to be sure of something.
