1994 Escort

My 1994 escort has been sitting for a little over a year now. I started it a few times at first and havent started it for a while now. The engine turns over but wont start. I checked the fuel cutoff switch and various other items. Im not sure if the gas is bad or the plugs or what.

As with all these Escorts, you need to be sure the timing belt isn't broken or stripped. When you crank, look under the timing belt cover on top to be sure its turning.
