1993 Ford Escort Auto does not start.

Driving about 60mph and car would try to die. Pushing
in on gas helped.
Now car stopped running and would not start.
It turns over ok but just won't fire. What are
things I can check.

Check fuel pressure and fuel pump
check for spark ,check timing belt
you may check the video collection for more hands on how to do it
let me know what is missing
