1992 Ford Escort heater not working

Could someone shed any light as to why my heaters not working at all. Ive checked the fuses and the relays and there fine. And had the heater front off to check the connection.

Is it the blower motor thats not working? The first thing you need to do is check for power at the blower motor, If there is none, check power to the switch and from the switch. Find where the power stops and replace neccesary parts.
