Good morning,

Can you explain what relay?

Why did he do this? What was the issue that leads him there?

He just wanted to clean the fuse because the problem is the car wont start and then the key icon was locked in the panel gauge. It is blinking. May I know how to unlock so the car will start? I think it is the anti-theft.

If the anti-theft is locked, you need to either tow it to a dealer or call a locksmith to come to you to reset the anti-theft system. Ford requires you to be certified to do any anti-theft resets.
