1995 Ford E-Series Van Turn signal stopped working

1995 Ford E-Series Van V8 Two Wheel Drive 123000 miles

Turn signal stopped working in mid-stroke. Purchased new tin-can-shaped turn signal relay for my make/model. Can't find where it goes. Where is it and will it fix the problem. Emergency flashers also stopped working. Checked every fuse 1-by-1, none blown.

That or multi-function usually (sometimes the wires pull out of m/f switch on tilt'wheel.), Get a shop manual and wiring diagram - there are a zillion on ebay right now from all the closed Ford dealers. CHEAP and you'll use it again.
