1983 Ford E-Series Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have an 1983 ford E-350 with a 7.5 ltr.

here's what happens,

It starts fine but when I go to drive it I'll go about 50/75 ft. And it starts to spit & sputter REAL bad until it chokes its self out and it won't go over 15 miles an hour.
any help would be great.

Hi Drouze, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

Lack of acceleration, chugging, hesitating, bogging etc. Could be caused by one of the following below check and test then comeback with some testing results we start here

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it
