It sounds like a got a blown fuse

Initial trouble codes indicated throttle body, so I cleaned it first, no help, so I replaced it, better but then new code, pedal actuator, so I replaced the pedal assembly, now it sounds like a got a blown fuse where are they and how do you check them?
