1995 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i woke up and my tires were low so I pump them up useing my plug inside my car I tryed to start it and it would not crank. I changed my connectors and I charged my battery and connected it my doom light radio and headlights worked but once I crank it it would make a click and everything would be dead again. But once I played with my negitive connector the lights work come on and it would repeat its self I dnt know what it is

Charge the battery and load test it if it can hold 9.6 volts or better -recharge it up to 12.6volts-If okay doube check connections clean/tight. Continues check and test the starter relay
