I HAVE REPLACED THE BATTERY STARTES AND THE BATTERY CABLES AND THE CAR STILL WONT START. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT THE PROBLEM MAY BE

Is it cranking over and refuses to start or won't crank at all/nothing?

IT WANTS TO START BUT IT CANT TURN ALL THE WAY OVER. ABOUT A WEEK AGO I WAS BACKING MY CAR UP WHEN IT STALLED OUT IT HAD NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE WHEN I TRIED TO RESTART IT IT JUST DIDNT WANT TO. SO I REPLACED THE BATTERY, STARTER AND THE BATTERY CABLES. IT STILL DOESNT WANT TO TURN ALL THE WAY OVER ACTS LIKE IT WANTS TO. I AM WONDERING IF ITS ELECTRICAL BECAUSE THE LIGHTS WILL DIM WHEN I TRY TO START HER AND MY VOLTAGE GAUGE IS READING LOW BATTERY OUTPUT

HAVE DONE THAT THEY ARE GOOD. JUST DONT GET HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH CAR BEFORE THIS
