What blows my twenty amp gas fuses? If it's the wiring, what wiring would it be? It seems as if it may not be getting gas and I wonder if the gas wiring is messed up.

It is either the wiring or the pump. What you need to do is disconnect the pump and see if it still blows. If it does, then it's in the wiring. If it doesn't, it's in the pump.
