Heres the instructions straight out of Alldata. Looks like they want you to remove the crank pulley to get it out

REMOVAL
1. Install a Memory Saver.
2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
3. Drain the cooling system.
4. Remove the right front wheel assembly.
5. Remove the RH lower splash shield.
6. Loosen the water pump pulley bolts.
7. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the belt.
8. Using Strap Wrench D85L-6000-A to prevent engine from rotating, remove the crankshaft pulley.
9. Remove the water pump pulley.
10. Remove the four (4) water pump bolts.
11. Remove the water pump.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the water pump and install the bolts. Torque the bolts to 18 N.m (13 lb-ft).
2. Position the water pump pulley and install the bolts finger tight.
3. Install the crankshaft pulley and torque the bolt to 115 Nm (85 lb-ft).
4. Rotate the belt tensioner clockwise and install the accessory drive belt.
5. Torque the water pump pulley bolts to 24 N.m (18 lb-ft).
6. Install the splash shield.
7. Install the wheel assembly.
8. Refill the cooling system.
