1996 Ford Contour 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I drive a 1996 contour and noticed my car reving really highly and not going anywhere. When I reshift or let the gas go and then step on it again it is fine. Revs really high and no go lol.

PleaSE HELP me.

Hi there,

Just make sure that the transfer is not in neutral, if that is ok, I feel that you will have a clutch issue, if the pedal pressure is ok, the clutch may be due for replacement.
