1995 Ford Contour drive belt

The drive belt broke I have a picture diagram of how it needs to be on but I dont know what I needs to taken off to be able to put it on

Nothing should have to come off. The belt tension is released at the tensioner with a wrench, and gently allow to full extend. Then r and r the belt and re-install tension.
