We have a 1986 ford bronco II about 125000 miles v6 engine we replaced a fuel pump in the fuel tank and thought that was the problem but we are not hearing any vaccuum sounds from either pump and the vehicle will not start it will turn over but wont start sprayed fuel into choke area and it fired but would not stay running this vehicle has sat for over a year with no fuel in it because of a leak in the gas tank gas tank was replaced with a new one and fuel pump in tank is new also without spending a lot more money on this would it be the relay or pressure regulator help please

Did you test for power at the tank? If no power it's either a fuse, relay or wiring.
