Welcome to 2carpros

Did you check for power at the coil postive terminal while key is in On position? If power is there-Check the primary and secondary resistances on the coil-okay there, disconnect the 4-wire connector on the distributor, check resistance of the pick-up coil wires orange and purple should read 400-1300 ohms make sure your on the right scale on the meter. Make sure ICM is grounded properly.

Double check all wiring connections. Note: before you do above check for spark coming out of the coil wire if there's spark-the problem is the rotor and cap it has to make out of there to get to the plugs.
