Fuel pump noises

I recently bought a Bronco and noticed after getting it home this- after turning the key the fuel pump cycles for a sec and stops. When I start the truck, it seems that there is a very loud buzzzz in the gas tank. Is this normal or fuel pump going out?

Thank you. It was the fuel pump that was heating up and pressure went real low and it shut off.
Cost me about 300.00.

now the belt keeps coming off of the power steering pump 2 ribs towards the motor. New idler tentioner and pulley, new fan clutch. All seems to line up. The pump seems to be clicking sometimes when the belt is off and I spin it. Maybe its locking up? Ive been through 4 belts and the 2 shops did not see anything wrong?
